BODYWORK & MASSAGE THERAPY
Each client has a personalized treatment tentative to their specific care. The goal is to activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
The mind and body will be addressed as a whole.
Within a few treatments clients will see results that shift their overall health and wellness.
The Healing Experience
Services Offered:
Swedish
A light and soft touch, including slow gentle stimulation.
A focus on the nervous system and the recovery of soft tissue.
Deep Tissue
A deep manual manipulation of the tissue.
Including trigger point therapy, a forceful pressure targeting muscular tension.
Therapeutic
A mid-pressure massage. The focus is to treat common discomforts in the clients daily life.
A combination of deep and soft manipulation of the tissue.
Aromatherapy is included with the healing session
Each treatment will have the client leaving renewed, rejuvenated & relaxed.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Sports massage is a approach intended to help athletes in training -before, during, or after sports events. A client might use it to promote flexibility and help prevent injuries. Or, it may help muscle strains, aiding healing after a sports injury. The session is focused on the range of motion and rehabilitation of muscles.
ACUPRESSURE & REFLEXOLOGY
The ancient practice of pressure work has been honored for thousands of years. The therapist will work with the life force of their client. Searching for troubled areas and applying trigger points to help aid the ailment.
CONSULTATIONS
All clients are required to fill out a detailed medical history and consent form.
The client is required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their session for evaluation.
Client is allowed to undress to their comfort level.
Undergarments required.
Pandemic Safety:
All equipment is disinfected and sanitized after each client.
The client and therapist are required to wash hands before and after treatments.
The client and therapist are required to wear a mask.

If any illness or symptoms occur within 24 hours prior to appointment cancellation fees will be waved and appointments will be rescheduled.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SOLICITATION.
I am required by law to report to any forms of solicitation.
First time clients must be referred.

My Background
Hello & Welcome, My name is Jacqueline Francesca. I am the soul proprietor and creator of Express Zen Bodywork & Wellness. I am a Licensed Massage and Bodywork practitioner. I graduated from Barberio School of Massage Therapy in 2020.
One year after entering and graduating massage school I passed the Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam(MBLEX).
The approach I take has a therapeutic focus with no pain, all gain.
I care deeply about addressing the root cause of ailments. The connection between the mind body & soul holds power within my methods. My personal story is a mystical tale but, my mission is to spread the magic of massage.
I am a passionate innovative healer with an alternative approach to optimal wellness.
